We work with international logistics providers to route physical items globally from our operations networks. Delivery times are estimations and may vary based on customs processing, regional holidays, and carrier constraints. Any localized customs clearance duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving buyer.
For users utilizing the Ride and Lease/Rental components of the application:
You agree not to manipulate platform pricing structures, post fraudulent reviews, coordinate unauthorized secondary payment arrangements off-platform to bypass fees, or distribute malicious code that targets our system integrity or user databases.
Utasoko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction conflicts between users and third-party vendors, delayed global courier delivery intervals, or temporary digital service maintenance downtimes.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory adjustments. Continued use of our platform following adjustments indicates unconditional compliance with the updated terms.
